UAPA: Udaipur tailor homicide case: NIA registers case below UAPA, says accused needed to ‘strike terror amongst lots’

The Nationwide Investigation Company Wednesday registered a case below the anti-terror Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act in reference to the “heinous homicide” of a tailor in Rajasthan’s Udaipur by two individuals who, the company mentioned, needed to “strike terror among the many lots throughout the nation”.

The case was initially registered at Dhanmandi police station in Udaipur.
